Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. When downgrading, the change takes effect at your next billing date.
If you approach your monthly message limit, we'll send you a notification. You can either upgrade your plan or wait until your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle. Your chatbot will continue to work, but additional messages will incur overage fees at $10 per 1,000 messages.
Yes! Pro and Business plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start your trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged.
